Using the directory
Wellarae provides information about therapists. It does not provide therapy, referrals, or clinical advice, and using the site does not create a professional relationship of any kind.
Listing a practice
Therapists must hold a current licence or registration with the body named on their listing, must keep their details accurate, and must not present themselves as endorsed by Wellarae. Listings require an active $10 USD monthly subscription to remain published.
Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; your listing stays published until the end of the paid period, after which it is hidden until you resubscribe. Your profile and information are preserved and can be republished at any time. Payments are generally non-refundable for partial months, except where required by law — if you believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will make it right.
Review and removal
We review each listing before publication and may reject, unpublish or remove a listing that is inaccurate, misleading, or does not meet these terms.
Limitation of liability
Listing information is self-reported. Wellarae is not responsible for the conduct, qualifications, availability or outcomes of any therapist listed here. Booking links lead to therapists' own external providers; Wellarae does not manage appointments, cancellations, payments for therapy sessions, or any clinical service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of Ontario.
